Something pretty unusual and tasty from Dookit Brewing Co; a Passion fruit and Tamarind sour. Tangy sweet and sour notes, and an almost chocolate note too. Added oats give the beer body alongside the wheat. Inspired by fruit lassis and the fresh fruits of India, where the brewers Grandfather is from. Basant is a Punjabi kite flying festival.
