Dos Hombres Mezcal Joven

The Espadin agave is aged for a minimum of 6 years, cooked for 4 days in earthen pits, before being fermented for 7 to 10 days and finally distilled in copper stills. It takes quite a bit of effort to create a good mezcal. Tasted and chosen by celebrity Breaking Bad duo Bryan Cranston & Aaron Paul.
