A rich and spicy cocktail bitters from Dr Adam Elmegirabs. Key botanicals include Brazillian cacao nibs, red chillies, all spice berries, Brazillian coffee, Chinese ginger root, black pepper and gentian root. Great with aged spirits.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Burnt cacao, anise, vanilla and cinnamon on the nose.

Palate – Slightly sweet, bitter, with rich nutty chocolate, sweet vanilla, espresso and fruit cake.

Finish – Long wood-spiced bitter finish with a soft kick of chilli.
