Dr Adams Dandelion and Burdock Bitters

The first reference to Dandelion and Burdock in a drink was in mead in the 1300's! By trying this bitters in a cocktail, you are drinking history. Woody notes and liquorice come to the fore, ready to be added to your home cocktail.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Liquorice, honey and subtle spice.

Palate – Complex with earthy/woody notes and hints of malt, honey, muscovado, anise, liquorice, citrus peel and ginger.

Finish – Long, bitter liquorice and treacle finish with continued spice.
