For our first Drinkmonger Cocktail Event we are delighted and very excited to have Jason Scott owner of Bramble, The Last Word and Lucky Liquor bars to host. Jason will prepare and talk us through three cocktails, and a long drink with a twist using his very own Seawolf Scottish White Rum, no doubt mixed with some of his equally fanatastic Lucky Liqueurs.

The 3 Cocktails: A Sesame Daiquiri, a Rumble and a Rum Old Fashioned.

Long Drink with a Twist: Seawolf Rum and Tonic.

During the evening Jason will delve into the methods and techniques to making these cocktails. He will also get you involved to make two of these drinks!

He’ll talk about the history of these cocktails, and what flavour we want to get from each drink.

Learn about Seawolf rum and the rum category, plus there will even be an exciting new single cask, cask aged version of Seawolf, available to try for the first time!

Bramble, established in 2006, is respected worldwide in the bar industry having been consistently voted into the Top 50 World Cocktail Bars. Jason and his business partner Mike Aikman have also just received the SLTN Award for Industry Achievement in recognition of their dedication to innovative drinks and quality service across all their establishments.

For each Drinkmonger Cocktail Club, let us bring the bar to you (via our shop) and demonstrate how easy it is to make great cocktails at home. Each cocktail club evening will include a minimum of three full cocktails made from a particular spirit base and will be hosted by a local cocktail expert.
