Dupont 17 Year Old Pays d'Auge Calvados

Dupont double-distill apple cider made in the heart of the Calvados production region, 6 months after fermentation is complete. They select a blend of 30% sweet, 30% bitter, and 40% high-acidity apples for the cider base. This edition then spends 17 years maturing in French oak casks for a complex and well-rounded Calvados.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Vanilla spicy notes, baked apple and dried apricot.

Palate – Caramel apple, zesty citrus notes, richness and creamy notes.
