Eden Mill, just on the outskirts of St Andrew's, make a whole host of different exciting gins, including this sea inspired gin. With Kombucha seaweed, samphire and seasalt as botanicals, this is a refreshing tipple in a gin and Mediterranian tonic, or in a martini.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Fresh and herbal in aroma, with a hint of salinity. Lightly grassy with a hint of citrus and spice.

Palate – Citrusy and tart throughout, with the sweet lime leading the flavours on the palate and the aromatic, herbal coriander acting as a baseline.

Finish – Finishes clean, with juicy citrus and light juniper lingering.
