Les Vignes de Bisseuil is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all from the 1er Cru village of Bisseuil from the Champagne region, France. Barrel fermented and bottled in 2021, it has been aged for at least 4 years. Egly Ouriet has dedicated himself to organic farming, meticulously stewarding his land since taking over the family vineyards, and adopting a minimalist approach to winemaking, including native yeast fermentation ensuring a guaranteed production of the finest sparkling wines the world has to offer.

Staff Tasting Notes Pale lemon hued with an airy feel. On the nose, a bouquet of tropical fruit, lemon curd, jasmine and sage aromatics. The palate presents an exquisite balance of a spicy sweetness, toasted almonds, subtle brioche and a salty mineral freshness. A long and dry finish offers up a briny, mineral-driven unforgettable sensory experience. The acidity is lively and precise, giving the wine structure, tension, and elegance.
