12 Year Old Rum 40% 70cl

One of our favourite rums, El Dorado 12 is created by the fine folks at the Demerara Distillery in a combination of pot and column stills. Demerara Distillers have been known for excellent rums for hundreds of years, and they have some truly interesting equipment in their epic distillery, including century old hard wood stills. For those that like whisky, El Dorado 12 is an excellent introduction to rum. With so many different types of distillation equipment under one roof, it gives Demerara distillers the tools to create very tasty rums. El Dorado 12 is made up from double wooden pot distilled Port Mourant still rum, copper coffey distilled Diamond still rum and wooden coffee distilled Enmore still rum.
