One of the most popular tequilas in Mexico. Named in honour of some of the hardest working people in the spirits world; El Jimadors, the ones who harvest the agave to make tequila. It takes years to train as a Jimador, and it is bloody hard work! This blanco tequila is 100% blue agave, fermented with wild yeast for some more interesting flavours.
