El Jogorio makes single estate Mezcal, using some unusual, lesser known agave fruit. In this case they have used Barril, which is a longer, cyclinder shape that takes around 15 to 20 years to reach maturity. Considered to be complex, and quite difficult to harvest.

Savoury notes, peppers and spicy, mixed with a little smoke, citrus and juicy agave notes.
