A Joven Mezcal for those looking for traditional smoky flavour. El Recuerdo uses 100% espadin agave harvested on their own estate, and roasts it in traditional brick ovens. Many of their traditional processes have been certified by the Mexican Ministry of Environmental protection, and El Recuerdo even has it's own sustainability program to help protect the local biodiversity.
