A single vintage Palo Cortado, showing similarities to Manzanilla Pasada and La Bota De Amontillado. The vines are between 50 and 80 years old, and aged in selected Bordeaux barrels, and slightly larger format barrels, showing minerality, nutty notes, and other complex notes.
