Equipo Navazos La Bota No 103 Manzanilla Pasada

Manzanilla is dry, with nutty complexity, spice, some fruit and an almost saltiness. Made and aged near the sea, the atmosphere causes more the flor to be produced, protecting the wine in the ageing process, creating more fresh, delicate flavours.

This is a Manazanilla Pasanda, which is an aged Manzanilla. This one is an average age of 15 years, creating more complexity over this time. Only 800 magnums bottled.
