A wine over 14 years in the making. In 2007 they took aged Manzanilla, and filled it into butts. In 2012, they bottled some of this, and kept the rest ageing, sampling to see the changes as it got older. Combining the freshness of a Manzanilla, with more complex notes.
Official Tasting Notes It has kept most of its characteristic freshness as well as its notes of aromatic herbs, baked sweet potato, and caramel show more intense than ever. It is still a delicious amontillado, extremely dry, long, serious, complex, but also perfectly drinkable.
