Espolon Blanco Tequila

A 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila distilled in a mixture of column and pot stills. This combination of the earthier pot still and more citrus driven column still gives Espolon their desired house style. That and their house yeast strain is serenaded with classical music to aid alcohol and flavour production. Perhaps death metal was detrimental to the yeast’s concentration?

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Delicate, sweet agave; floral, tropical fruit and lemon zest aromas; hint of pepper.

Palate – Soft mouth feel, light to medium bodied palate with bright agave flavour; notes of pepper, vanilla bean, grilled pineapple and spice. Elegant, clean finish that ends with a hint of spice.
