Estancia Raicilla Limited Edition

Raicilla is commonly thought of as the lesser known cousin of the agave family. It is roasted like a mezcal, but doesn't taste as smokey.

Rio Chenery, the founder of Estancia, decided to move to Mexico in 2014 to make his family's favourite drink. He wanted to gift the world this rare agave, as he just couldn't keep it secret anymore.

This spirit is made with the wild agave that grown on the Jalisco foothills.
