Stirliner Weisse Peach and Passionfruit Sour Can 44cl

Fallen Brewery are based near Stirling, in the old Kippen railway station and this is their interpretation of a Berliner Weisse style beer, hence Stirliner Weisse. Kettle soured and conditioned with peach and passionfruit to give a sour tropical fruit explosion of flavour. The wheat also adds complexity in this brew.
