Classic Oloroso 75cl

This Oloroso sherry from Fernando De Castilla in the centre of Jerez has rich hints of walnuts, spice and orange. Aged for an average of 8 years in the solera system (where older wines are periodically added to younger wines in oak casks), this is a brilliant bottle to have in house as it can be drunk on its own or with food, and it can convert non sherry drinkers to the wonders of sherry.
