A rum with strong unique Fijian character. On the nose; toasted banana and musty rye bread counteracted by elegant lemon and orange zest with honey and vanilla. On the palate; warm ripe oranges alongside pepper over gentle honey on salty bread and butter with a rich creamy vanilla roundness. A lingering spice and pepper finish topped with orange blossom honey.
