Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Treacle and tinned fruit. Pears, a grainy note, blackcurrant cordial. Buttered crumpets, creamy notes, a spirity note, custard and butterscotch.

Palate – To begin with vanilla pods, gingery cooking spices, sugar cane, Demerara and more spice. Walnuts on the finish.
