Blanco Tequila 40% 70cl

Made from agave grown in fields around the distillery, which are cooked in a brick oven, then milled with a traditional stone wheel (tahona). The crushed agave hearts and juice (aguamiel) are fermented in open-air tanks with a yeast strain that has been used by the family for generations. The resulting musto is double distilled in copper pot stills, then the spirit is diluted with spring water and bottled locally into bespoke hand-blown bottles.
