This blended pot still and column still molasses rum is from one of Barbados’s most renowned distilleries; a family-run distillery located in a former sugar factory in south-east Barbados. Created with impeccable attention to detail from start to finish, including the blending of rich pot still and elegant column still rum prior to casking. It was then aged there in ex-bourbon casks for 14 years before being transferred into fresher bourbon casks for four years' slower maturation in Scotland.
