Artisanal Mezcal with Damiana 44% 70cl

A traditional mezcal, slow roasted in earth pits for a hint of smokiness, before being distilled in small copper stills. One major difference for Gem and Bolt is they add the Damiana herb during distillation, which adds minty notes and hickory notes. It was very much enjoyed at our stand at Whisky Fringe 2018.
