Agave Syrup 70cl

An agave sugar syrup from the team at Giffard. Agave syrup is obtained by heating the agave juice that is extracted from the agave plant (used for tequila and mezcal). This heat breaks down the complex components into simple sugars, that are then concentrated into syrup. A little goes a long way, as it is very sweet.
