Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Grapefruit, baked apples, coconut water.

Palate – A delicious texture first and foremost with tropical fruit salad, then mint and touch of wood spice.

Finish – A long finish that begins with dolly mixture sweets and reveals fresh melon and lemon puff biscuits. A textbook summer-y Glen Elgin showing a pleasing wormtub crafted texture furnished with fruits and pastries abound.
