In the Royal Mile Whiskies' April 2023 bottling release, half of this sherry butt was released. It was so popular that they gave the spirit another 6 months of maturation. This is the second half.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – A further six months has developed more baked fruits but this time fresh raspberries and dark chocolate are unveiled.

Palate – A juicier palate than its earlier form, now there is burnt caramel, sweet digestive biscuits and a subtle savoury twist.

Finish – Crème brulee and sweet pastry.
