Scotland's most northerly distillery in far away Orkney produces what many whisky aficionados considered to be one of the most perfectly formed drams. Highland Park's 18 year old expression is a balanced combination of subtly peated spirit with a herbal fruity elegance.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Apricot, orange oil, full oily notes, light peat note. Heather honey, blackcurrant jam. Each time you nose it, you get different layers of aroma.

Palate – Fruit jam, more apricot, hint of almond paste, slight oaky note and heather peat, but overall, just a juicy palate, with a drying sherried finish.
