Hills and Harbour Gin is produced in Dumfries and Galloway and it is one of the most unusual Scottish gins on the market, as they distil everything on site. Most gin distillers will buy in their base spirit and redistill. The folks at Hills and Harbour are fermenting for 7 days, and then distilling their wheat-based spirit. It has moreish tropical notes, with a hint of fir too.

Official Tasting Notes With local Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed, it leads with juniper and is balanced with hints of forest fir, tropical fruit, citrus spice, tangy sherbet and a subtle scent of the shore.
