The creative folks of Edinburgh's Holyrood distillery are always pushing the envelope of flavour and innovation. This bottling of their Height of Arrows gin is inspired by Smreka, a refreshing Balkan lemonade substitute made from fermented juniper. The team at Holyrood naturally fermented the juniper in a mixture of sea salt and lemons. Embrace the funk!
