Horst Sauer Escherndorfer Lump Riesling S Trocken 2022

Grown on the steep, south-facing Eschendorfer Lump 'Erste Lage' ('First Class') vineyard, on limestone soils. The 'S' here refers to Spatlese ripeness levels - this opens with a lean, tight & nervy structure, buth there's plenty of ripe peach, lime marmalade & steely lemon to follow. Delicious!
