Produced by Il Borghetto's Antonio Cavallini alongside English winemaker Tim Manning, who cut his teeth producing Pinot Noir in both New Zealand & Oregon. Biodynamic practices in the vineyard (as yet uncertified) and a focus on small plots/site specificity, this is a powerful, muscular sangiovese of great depth & focus.
