Ilegal Mezcal Joven

Ilegal Mezcal started life when bar owner John Rexer couldn't import mezcal to his bar in Guatemala. His love for mezcal inspired him to smuggle a small amount of mezcal, which then inspired him to come up with his own mezcal brand. Now perfectly legal, Ilegal Mezcal is made using slow roasted agave, that has been naturally fermented and distilled.

Official Tasting Notes
Full bodied agave flavour. Eucalyptus and mineral aromas compliment hints of green apple, fresh citrus, and red chiltepe. Light smoke. Lingering heat. Ideal for cocktails or perfect on its own.
