A fantastic single cask bottling from a secret Islay distillery. Even we don't know where!

Smoky and lemony in all the best ways with just a hint of a medicinal edge. Any fans of Caol Ila and Lagavulin will enjoy.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – The seaside. Coal, tar and wet peat. Thick lemony smoke followed by a sandy carpet.

Palate – Sweet and surprisingly elegant with soot, apples and citrus alongside a refined smoke with just a touch of medicinal.

Finish – A long clean finish with brine, smoke, and sandy seaweed. Custard creams and tar follow after some water.
