Something pretty exciting here, a Scottish rum, distilled from sugar can molasses, aged in chestnut casks. Chestnut is something that can't be used in whisky, so if you want to try some of the funky flavours this more porous wood gives.
Official Tasting Notes Clean, bright, pale golden yellow colour. The nose is complex with estery notes of dried fruits, vanilla, cream and spice. The palate is smooth and long with hints of nuts and spice on the finish.
