Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish

Kavalan are one of modern whiskies success stories, since the first spirit trickled from the stills in 2010, the distillery has now expanded to be one of the biggest in the World in terms of output. Kavalan's subtropical location makes for a whopping 10 - 12% of maturing spirit is lost to the Angels per year so maybe they have to produce a lot to keep the Angels happy. The Concertmaster is an excellent port cask matured Kavalan full of red berry fruit flavours.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Tropical fruitiness with honey, vanilla, coconut and candy floss.

Palate – Rich bodied with natural sweetness and complexity.
