A genuinely exciting bottle of whisky, Kingsbarn's Dream to Dram is the first public release from this distillery, which is surrounded by beautiful golf courses in Fife. The Wemyss Family established the distillery in 2014, and the long wait for a 1st release is finally over. There is a real focus on local production and flavour with Kingsbarns, from using local barley, long fermenting with two types of yeast, and ageing in 90% 1st fill bourbon casks and 10% shaved, toasted, recharred Portuguese casks. A bottle to crack open and get an idea of their house style and what's to come from them.
