Koch el Mezcal present their joven expression made from Maguey Tobasiche. The agave plant is grown for a minimum of 12 years before harvesting.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – A nose evoking herbaceous and mineral scents with hint of white peppercorns. Wet gravel, ginseng, and cashew nuts notes. At the end slight touch of roasted red chili peppers.

Palate – Medium-bodied, with spicy hints of ginseng and clove, followed by rich notes of baked sweet potatoes, onions, and radish. The finish is citric with oriental orange notes and the aftertaste of toasted chestnuts.
