After working at Delas & with Stephane Ogier, Aymeric Paillard found this 4ha vineyard which he farms organically. This 2016 is astonishingly fresh & mineral, with taut compact fruit, & lifted pear/floral aromas. Tight bramble, blackcurrant, liquorice, savoury wood, garrigue notes & fresh white pepper to finish. Superb!
