100% Garnacha (Grenache) from 70 year old vines in Cerebros. Where high altitude plantings and sandy granite soils, lead to Garnacha with almost Burgundian finesse yet incredibly intense and unmistakably Spanish flavours. When we first tried this wine, we were blown away by the clarity of fruit in the bottle. Fresh strawberries, passion fruit, and basil with a tight mineral core. The tannins and alcohol almost fade into the back-palate.
