It is quite unusual to see a Pinot Noir from the sun soaked southern Languedoc. The extra sunshine of the south of France has produced a fuller Pinot Noir than those grown in Burgundy. Cold vinified and unoaked, to keep this wine as fresh as possible.

Official Tasting Notes
Fuller than Pinot Noir from Burgundy, it has a warm, rich nose with aromas of black cherry compote. The palate is nicely balanced with an exciting, savoury streak provided by ripe, tasty tannins.
