Los Siete Misterios Espadin/Mexicanito Mezcal

Founded in 2010 by two native Mexican brothers, Los Siete Misterios aims to only Mezcal that truely represents it's ancestry.

This bottling is a marriage between Espadin and Mexicanito agave, a somewhat usual one. Mexicanito agave is harder to find, but does grow in the foothills of pine-oak forests from Sonora to Oaxaca. The varieties are processed, fermented and distilled together, using traditional artisanal methods.
