Fruity and floral agave made from Blue Weber. It was fermented in Pine wood and roasted in a Conical volcanic stone kiln.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Fruity notes of papayas and sapote, lavender and herbal touches of jalapeño pepper.

Palate – Citrus and vegetal flavor of green pepper.

Finish – White flowers, with a long and well-kept finish.
