Mezcal Union Uno

Mezcal Union work with local farmers and mezcal producers to create complex, high quality mezcal, but with a fair financial model for the farmers and producers. Uno is a combination of two agave plants, produced using traditional roasting and distillation methods. They also plant more agave each year, with a goal to eventually try use only agave they have planted.
