Monkey 47 Gin

Juniper is in abundant supply in the Black Forest and is used for Black Forest ham and now used for Black Forest gin in the form of Monkey 47. A 3rd of their botanicals come from the Black Forest, including lingonberry, which their distiller felt gave nice fruit notes and brought the whole gin together in terms of flavour.
