Montelobos Ensamble Mezcal

Montelobos Ensemble Mezcal is a combination of Espadin and Tobala agave, roasted over encino and pinewood, before natural fermentation and distillation in small copper stills. They aim to be flavour forward, sustainable, and part of the proceeds go towards the Wolf Conservation Centre, celebrating the wolf that adorns their label.

Nose – Cooked agave, smoke and citrus.

Palate – Capers, nutmeg and pink peppers.
