Morris Australian Single Malt Muscat Barrel

A delicious and creamy dram from Morris distillery in Austrailia. The spirit was matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine casks before a long finishing period in ex-Muscat barrels - even the Muscat was made at the distillery!

Official Tasting Notes

Colour – Deep rich copper with reddish hues.

Nose – Rich with dates, figs and sweetness of dark molasses.

Palate – Well-balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with a creamy mouth feel.

Finish – Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
