Nardini Grappa Bianca

Made using grape pomace (produced by local vineyards, pomace is a by-product of winemaking) from the Veneto area in Northern Italy, Nardini Grappa is made at the Nardini distillery, which is the oldest grappa distillery in Italy, founded in 1779. They take the grape pomace, distil this twice in copper pot stills and bottle at 40% abv, showing the full flavour and complexity of this brandy. Perfect with an espresso.

Official Tasting Notes
Clear, transparent and crystalline. A full and complex nose with the lower alcohol content enhancing the delicate aroma. The palate is young and fresh.
