An exciting experimental rum exploration from Ninefolds Distillery in based in Dalton, near Scottish borders.

This is their fourth experimental cask release, casked on Christmas Eve 2021 in ex-Oloroso sherry octaves (60 litre casks) for 2 years and 9 months. These sherry casks were used to mature Scotch whisky before ageing the rum. A total of only 238 bottles was bottled at cask strength of 62.3% ABV.
