Ninefold 3 Year Old Scottish Oak
This Scottish Oak Rum has been produced at the Ninefolds Distilery on the Dormont Estate, Dumfries & Galloway; a quiet rural setting in southwest Scotland. Barrel DO32 has a medium toast and was filled on the 29th of September 2022. Using experimental batches of rum that take leftover liquid from previous batches to create experimental fermentations resulting in a deeper and more complex rum with a great balance between the familiar sweetness of American oak aged rums, and the drier and more spicy Scottish oak.

Aged continuously on site in our warehouse for three years, our inaugural Scottish oak aged Scottish rum has a dry palate with sweet but earthy dark chocolate, hints of coffee, mushroom, toasted wood, and spicy salinity. A truly unique offering, with only 240 bottles available at a slightly-below-cask-strength of 59.1%.
